These terms govern all transactions and use of the Jovinogunshop website. By purchasing firearms, ammunition, or tactical gear from us, you agree to these conditions. This is a binding legal agreement.

1. Firearm & Ammunition Sales Compliance

Jovinogunshop operates as a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in North Dakota. All firearm transfers comply with federal (ATF), state, and local laws.

• Buy Gun Online Process: Purchasing a firearm online initiates a mandatory FFL transfer. You must select a licensed dealer in your area to complete the background check and physical transfer. We cannot ship firearms directly to individuals.
• Eligibility: You must be of legal age (18 for long guns, 21 for handguns), a resident of a state we ship to, and pass a NICS background check. It is your responsibility to know your local laws regarding AR 15 configurations, magazine capacities, and used guns for sale.
• Restricted Items: Certain products, including but not limited to Rarebreed Triggers, FRT triggers, Glock switches, and Polymer80 frames, are sold as components only to individuals who understand and comply with all National Firearms Act (NFA) and ATF regulations regarding the manufacture and registration of firearms. Ultimate liability for legal assembly rests solely with the purchaser.

2. Ordering, Payment, & Shipping

Orders for items like 9mm ammo in stock, red dot sights, or a gun cleaning kit are processed upon payment authorization.

• Payment: We accept major credit cards and electronic checks. All transactions are secured. Your billing address must match your card’s registered address.
• Shipping: Ammunition and non-firearm items (tactical gear, cheap tactical vests, tactical backpacks) ship via approved carriers to the address provided. Firearms ship only to the FFL dealer you designate. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Backorders & Stock: While we strive to maintain accurate inventory for guns for sale like the Glock 19 or home defense shotguns, availability can change. We will notify you of any significant delay and provide options.

3. Returns, Warranty, & Liability

Firearms & Ammunition: Due to federal regulations, all firearm and ammunition sales are final once the transfer is initiated or the product ships. We do not accept returns on these items unless a manufacturing defect is present and verified. Warranty claims must be directed to the original manufacturer (e.g., for a best rifle scope or best AR 15 trigger).

Non-Firearm Items: Unused tactical gear and accessories may be returned within 30 days for exchange or store credit, subject to a restocking fee. Items must be in original packaging.

Limitation of Liability: Jovinogunshop is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product use. It is the purchaser’s duty to handle all firearms and ammunition safely and in accordance with all laws.

4. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions for gun deals, best concealed carry pistols, and gun safe Black Friday deals are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice. Advertised prices are subject to change. The price at checkout is the final price.

5. Prohibited Activities & Jurisdiction

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, including straw purchases or attempting to buy firearms for prohibited persons. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the ATF and other law enforcement agencies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state courts located in our county of operation.
