Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Firearms Returns

Once a firearm has been transferred through an FFL dealer, returns must be handled through the manufacturer warranty process. Defective firearms discovered at the FFL prior to transfer can be refused and returned to us for a direct exchange or refund.

Ammunition Returns

For safety reasons, ammunition is non-returnable once shipped. Defective ammunition covered under manufacturer warranty will be replaced directly through the manufacturer.

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return authorization and prepaid label for eligible items. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
