In Tennessee, a compact 9mm like this suits carry, home defense or range use, and the optics-ready slide suits a buyer who wants a red dot sight. Buyers need no permit to purchase and no waiting period applies, so the pistol can go home the same day after the TICS check. Handguns sell from age 21 under federal law.
